The registration for the chosen course is obliging and is aktive as soon as it has been confirmed by us. The number of participants in a group course consist of 4 to 6 people, in the summer courses max. 8 people.

Should the quorum of 4 participants not be reached, our school has the right to reduce the lesson periods as following: only one person participating, he/she recieves 10 hours per week, 2-3 participants 15 hours per week.

In the case of a group course being cancelled, the client will be informed, at latest, a week before the departure to Frankfurt and the course fee will be completely refunded.

The group courses take place from Monday to Friday. Saturdays (except the Saturday courses) and Sundays, as well as public holidays no courses take place.

 

The scholar can only cancel a course in writing. The cancellation must arrive at least 4 weeks in advance of the course. In this case a cancellation fee of €150 will be raised. Should the cancellation arrive later than four weeks before the beginning of the course or should the scholar not appear to the beginning of the course, the school will withhold the fee for the first month. Course rebookings are only possible after consultation with the school and a extra fee of €50. Changes of the duration of the accomodation are only possible when our school is informed at least one month in advance.

 

The scholar is committed to have health-, accident and indemnity insurance in advance. The school does not take responsibility for underaged scholars. The legal guardians are asked to enclose a letter of agreement.

 

The “Centro Lingue Mediterranee” only takes responsibility for german courses. The school surports the scholars, free of costs with their search for suitable accomodation by arranging hotels or host families.

 

Should there be any legal disageements it will be battled in court.
